Today’s Lunch: Chicken & Waffles

  • Book Club will meet during 5A and 5B. Members can grab their lunch and bring it to the library.  
  • Seniors – wear your senior gear next Tuesday for a class picture!
  • The Village of Manito is Hiring for Summer Help - Students 16 years and older (must have a valid driver's license) Looking for summer employment?  Stop by the Village Hall and pick-up an application!  The Village of Manito is looking for part-time help this summer.  Duties include mowing and assisting the Public Works Department with various projects.  This position would be 20-25 hours per week.  This is a great chance to get valuable work experience, and since it is in Manito you will save a lot of gas money too!
  • Spanish Club members, we'll be having a piñata party outside on Thursday! There will be one during 5A and one during 5B. You must be a member of Spanish Club to attend. 
  • Manito Oil & Propane is searching for a high school or college age student who is interested in learning more about the propane industry and the opportunities it has to offer.   This is a paid internship and it provides hands-on experience for those looking to learn more about what it takes to run a propane business.  You must be 18 years or older to apply.  Stop by and see Mrs. Sarff or Mrs. Harbourn for more information.  
  • Seniors a reminder to send in a baby picture as well as a senior picture to Cora by Friday. 
  • Wibben Detassling is looking for summer workers. Please see the QR code posted on the office window or by the water fountains and scan it to be taken to their application.
  • Seniors – your formal Graduation pictures will be taken at Graduation practice on Friday, May 19th. Order forms are available in the office. Please note there is a separate order form for your individual photos and the group photo. You may also order pictures online at hrimaging.com
  • Final Exam Schedules are available on the office ledge
  • If any student would like to take Driver’s Education over the summer, forms are available on the office ledge.
