Today’s lunch: Grilled Pork Chop Sandwich
· B Book Club’s next book is Inheritance Games, a mystery book about a girl whose life changes after a billionaire she has no connection to dies and she inherits his entire fortune. Books are available for anyone interested in the library.
· There is an FCA leaders meeting today in the library during 5A/B.
· Congrats to Zach Highland and the Pekin Dragons Hockey team for their state championship win this weekend!
· The Yearbook Staff will be selling 2024 yearbooks during 5A and 5B today and tomorrow. Stop by the foyer during your lunch hour, and a staff member will help you place your order to capture this year’s memories! You do not have to pay when ordering.
· 2023 Yearbooks will also be available for cash and carry. The cost is $60 per book.
· It’s March Madness time in the library! Vote for your favorite Disney movies in Google Classroom or by scanning the QR code on the posters around the school. Every vote is an entry to win a Roasted gift card.
· Lifeguard applications for the Manito Pool are available in the office. You only need to be 15 to apply. Applications are due no later than April 20th to the office. The Park District would love to have returning guards back, too!
