Sydney Altman, a senior at Midwest Central High School, has been selected by the faculty and staff as student of the month in Family and Consumer Science. Sydney is the daughter of Thad and Mary Altman of Manito.
Throughout high school, Sydney has been involved in FCCLA, Science Club, National Honor Society, Art Club, and Spanish Club. After graduation, Sydney plans to attend ICC for two years before transferring to a four year university. She plans to follow a career path in social work.
