Today’s Lunch: Wings of Fire
Any student interested in attending a teen conference in January with Ms. Lee, please see her in her office. These conferences are great for connecting with other peers in the area; also, it is a great experience to put on a scholarship application. Registration forms are due by December 10th.
The answer to yesterday’s Christmas trivia question, “What is the highest grossing Christmas movie of all time?” Was “Home Alone”, and the winner is Maia White. Please stop by Miss Sauder’s room to receive a prize.
Today’s question is “In Elf, what was the first activity Buddy planned for the day?” You can submit your guess at lunch for a chance for your name to be put into a drawing.
Manito Crusaders are looking for volunteers to help with this weekend’s Breakfast with Santa at the American Legion. They need students to help with setting up on Friday night from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Saturday, December 11, 2021 from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. to help with serving breakfast. If you are interested in helping, sign up on Room 5’s door and show up at the Manito American Legion! This time counts as Community Service, Mrs. Palmer will sign off on your hours.

National Honor Society is hosting a Canned FRUIT Drive this week during lunch hours! Bring in cans of fruit to donate to Emmanuel’s Warehouse AND earn homecoming points for your class.
