Any student interested in taking the ICC placement test at MCHS on March 10th, please see Ms. Lee.
Baseball, softball and track practices will begin February 28th
Any history league member interested in going on the field trip March 12 needs to stop by Mrs. Sundberg’s room to get a permission slip. Signed slips and money are due by Friday Feb 25.
Any student who is interested in taking a trip to the country of Peru in the summer of 2023, please see Ms. Brodbeck. There will also be an informational Zoom meeting on Thursday, 3/4. Check the school's Facebook page next week for the link.
Winter sports awards will be Thursday, 2/24 at 6:15, followed by Spring Sports meetings. Only boys basketball and cheer will be recognized as girls basketball has a conflict and those awards will be presented in the Spring
Seniors- some of the scholarship deadlines are approaching in March. Please see Ms. Lee for available scholarship applications.
National FFA Week is February 21st through the 25th. The Midwest Central FFA is having a lot of fun activities and dress up days throughout the week.
Wednesday: Hat Day (wear your favorite hat)
Thursday: Country/Country Club Day (Dress up country or like you're at the country club)
Friday: Blue and Gold Day/ Drive your tractor to school day (Wear blue and gold or your FFA shirt)
There will also be a Pie in the face penny war fundraiser for Emmanuel’s Warehouse. Vote for a MCHS staff member during lunch that you want to see get a pie in the face by bringing your spare change during 5A/5B lunches.
There will also be a Kahoot Quiz Bowl tournament during 5A/5B on Wednesday and Friday with Prizes.
