- Emmanuel's Warehouse and the Manito Popcorn Festival Committee are looking for volunteers for upcoming events. If you are in need of community service points, please talk to Mrs. Kerley or sign up on the bulletin board next to Mr. Clark's room.
- Culinary arts will be preselling Red Velvet cupcakes starting today during lunch until Monday. Get your Valentine one today! Cupcakes will be delivered to your sweetheart on Tuesday, February 14th! Regular Cupcakes are $1.00 Jumbo cupcakes are $2!
- Last night the Lady Raiders won against Beardstown 59-41, with every player scoring. Cora DeSutter led the scoring with 23 points followed by little sister Carly DeSutter’s 11 points. Karysn Skaggs had 6 points and Makayla Morris had 4 points. Both Skaggs and Morris had three assists each. Faith Harper had 5 points and Maddie Sidwell added 8 more points to the score. And to round out the Lady Raiders scoring Makayla Tarpley had 2 points. The Ladies will play their last regular season game tomorrow at Peoria Christian.
- Free Day forms for perfect attendance during the month of January will be handed out today. If you do not receive one but feel that you should have, see Jen in the office
- National Honor Society is hosting a Blood Drive on Thursday, March 2, at MCHS! Students ages 16 years and older can donate. Parental consent is required if you are under 18. The sign-up sheet and parental consent form are on the office ledge. Help save lives and donate blood! We know you’ve got it in you! See Mrs. Kerley if you have any questions.
- There will be baseball open gym in the high school gym this Thursday from 4:45 - 6:00.
