- Emmanuel's Warehouse and the Manito Popcorn Festival Committee are looking for volunteers for upcoming events. If you are in need of community service points, please talk to Mrs. Kerley or sign up on the bulletin board next to Mr. Clark's room.
- The Lady Raiders won their last regular season game last night by a blowout victory over Peoria Christian 53-32. Every lady played significant minutes, making this an all-around team win. Karsyn Skaggas had 2 threes last night giving her 6 points and Faith Harper followed her up with 12 points. Makayla Tarpley had a massive block along with Makayla Morris 6 rebounds. Cora DeSutter had 22 and grabbed her 1,000th rebound. Maddie Sidewell had 2 points and Carly DeSutter had 11 points. The Lady Raiders will play their first round of regionals tomorrow at 1 pm in Macomb.
- There will be an Interact club meeting today, during last 10 minutes of 5A, for Freshmen and Sophomores and, the last 10 minutes of 5B, Juniors and Seniors.
- Students, if you go to the library on a pass then you must hand your pass TO Miss Shaffer. Do NOT set passes on her desk unless she asks you to. If multiple students are on a pass, students need to come in together and wait at Miss Shaffer’s desk to turn in the pass.
- Culinary arts will be preselling Red Velvet cupcakes starting today during lunch until Monday. Get your Valentine one today! Cupcakes will be delivered to your sweetheart on Tuesday, February 14th! Regular Cupcakes are $1.00 Jumbo cupcakes are $2!
- National Honor Society is hosting a Blood Drive on Thursday, March 2, at MCHS! Students ages 16 years and older can donate. Parental consent is required if you are under 18. The sign-up sheet and parental consent form are on the office ledge. Help save lives and donate blood! We know you’ve got it in you! See Mrs. Kerley if you have any questions.
