The MS Running Raiders competed today at Alpha Park in Bartonville. The meet was the largest meet they will run in this season. The course was probably the 2nd hardest course they have ran on this year. They did not disappoint me or others watching them today. Many set personal best times for the season on a challenging course. Jaina Butler ran her best time of the year with a time of 14:33.5, placing 62nd. Alice Brackney placed 116th with a time of 18:08.2. Ruby Wade ran her best time of the year with a time of 20:33.1, placing 131st. Kennedy Prather also ran her best time of the year with a time of 23:05.1, placing 138th. Reid Sidders ran a time of 15:50.6, placing 110th. Carson Campbell ran his best time of the year with a time of 15:52.9, placing 111th. Noa Stage ran a time of 17:59.4, giving him a 122nd place finish. KonLee Ashby ran a time of 18:33.5 for a 126th place finish. Tyler Vanderwulp ran a time of 20:05.5 for a 130th place finish. Liam Tumility ran his best time of the year with a time of 20:32.7, placing 133rd. The Running Raiders finish their 3 meet week on Saturday at the Delavan Dare Classic.

Today Cross Country travels to Alpha Park for a 4:15 PM meet.
Gooooo Raiders!

The 7th grade Lady Raiders continued to dominate the defensive side of the ball on Tuesday evening by holding their second consecutive opponent under 10 points in a game! They jumped out to a comfortable 17-5 lead at halftime, then pressed the gas pedal to the floor in the second half as they cruised to a 42-8 victory over Limestone Walters. There were THIRTEEN girls in the scoring column with Tenley, Peyton and Zoey leading the way with 6 points each.
The 8th grade Lady Raiders were once again hot out of the gate with their defensive pressure and offensive strikes taking an early 20-5 lead going into halftime. Their work was not done as they continued to make things very difficult for Limestone on both sides of the court taking this home opener victory by a score of 37-12. Kenzie led all Raiders with 15 points and Julia added some hard-nosed points in the paint with 12.
The Raiders have their second home game this Thursday as they take on Dee-Mack at 5:30pm!
