
MCMS/Delavan 7th girls basketball team were victorious at DeeMack last night 22-13, Peyton Bernshausen had 10 points, Julia Rasmussen had 6, Charlie Green 2, Kenzie Doty 2 and Nora Jockisch with 2. Next game is at home Monday at 5:30 versus Tremont.
The 8th grade Lady Raiders won big over the DeeMack Chiefs last night 45-31. Leading the way was Cally DeSutter with 18 points. Kenzie Doty put up 9 hard fought shots, while Kara Lowry and Ava Worner helped with scoring. Leading rebounder was Kenzie Doty with 11. Willow Gomez and Leyla Danner both hit a shot to rally the Lady Raiders. A highlight in the game was Cally hitting a half court buzzer beater at the end of the 3rd quarter. Great game ladies!


The cross country team had a great performance yesterday at the Limestone invitational, with most runners making new PRs.
The Raiders will wrap up their regular season tomorrow at the Delavan Dare Classic.

The 8th Grade Lady Raiders basketball team opened their season off with a big a big win against Limestone Walters. Cally DeSutter drilled 23 points to lead the way. Jaylyn Diekhoff contributed 6, Kenzie Doty added 5, and Willow Gomez hit a jumper for 2. Ava Warner and Kara Lowry both scoring for a win 42-18 .
7th Grade MCMS/Delavan Girls won 32-16 over Limestone Walters in their first game Tuesday Night. Julia R had 12 points, Peyton B had 12 points and Kenzie D added 8 points.
Come out loud Thursday for a game at DeeMack at 4:30. It's a great day to be a Lady Raider.

Mrs. Hintz at the Middle School tells a joke over the announcements every day and asked students to participate by submitting jokes for her to use this school year. She had a contest and drew out four names of students that were the winners. Left to Right they are: Ayden B, Morgan R, Avery H, and Ricky C. They each received a box of movie size candy! Congratulations!

The baseball team will travel to Washington and play against Tremont tomorrow for the IESA Regional Semifinals at 10:00. Good luck Raiders!!


The Raiders boys baseball team used a clutch 1st inning double from Jase Canada and dominant 8th grade pitching to advance to the regional semifinal with a 3-0 victory over Dee-Mack!
The Raiders pitchers were dealing Wednesday night. Winning pitcher Zayne Arthalony dazzled the Dee Mack hitters, tossing 6 and 2/3 scoreless innings allowing only three hits and striking out 16 batters! Max Dierker then picked up the save striking out the only batter he faced!
The Raiders move to 11-6 on the season with a regional semifinal matchup with Tremont Saturday morning at Washington Middle School!


The middle school cross country faced extensive competition at the Germantown Warrior Invite yesterday afternoon but came through with flying colors; almost all runners achieved PRs. Max Dierker lead the team with a 12:55 2-mile time, with Connor Coile, Sam Dierker, and 5th grader Carson Campbell rounding out the boys' team. The girls also competed well, with Nora Dierker, Isabelle Friedrich, Jaina Butler, and Peyton Bernhausen running well for the Raiders. Due to High School Cross Country Senior night; practice for our team will end at 4:15.


6th grade science created their own leaves representing the resilient "Survivor Tree," a Calley pear tree that was discovered buried in the rubble at Ground Zero.
