Today was day 1 of the 5th grade - 12th grade XC camp. Some things that were discussed were the different terms used for the paces they will run, the importance of stretching, proper running form, and hydration. The campers went to the track and did some drill work that worked on the proper form they needed to use while running. Camp will continue thru Thursday this week and go from Monday - Thursday of next week. Time is 7:00am - 8:00am at the HS.

Lots of hard work and progress was made during volleyball camp last week. Thank you to everyone who made it to camp each day & for the high school girls who helped make it successful! Keep working & we'll see you all next year!

The next generation of Raider basketball stars were in the gym working all last week at camp to improve their games. Nearly 60 athletes from 2nd - 8th grade attended the Annual Raider basketball camp. Many High School players instructed throughout the week and were great mentors to all the younger Raiders. The future is bright for all these boys and lots of great things are to come! #MCRaiderNation
