The MCHS Cheerleaders have extended their clothing fundraiser through October 13! In case you missed it, children's sizes are available in items #36 and #37! Plus, there's also chairs, stadium blankets, and hats, too! Great for use at those outdoor games and activities! There are several cheerleader names that have yet to be given in our sharing rotation, so if you need a name or if you have any questions, email Coach Hamblin at hamblin@midwestcentral.org.

This is a reminder that we need to have health records for all students (remote and in-person) by October 15th. As of today we will have to exclude students from school beginning October 16th if we do not have the appropriate records. This is a state law we have to comply with. If you have questions or need to speak with someone, please call your student's school and ask to speak to the nurse.

Need money for college? The VFW gives scholarships to high school students each year through its Voice of Democracy contest. All you need to do is write and record a 3 to 5 minute audio essay. This year’s theme is “Is this the Country the Founders Envisioned?” The top National Prize is a $30,000 scholarship and first-place state winners receive a trip to Washington D.C. Stop by the office ledge for an entry form and more information. The deadline is October 31st.

The Mason County Health Department will be at all 3 schools on October 22nd for a flu shot clinic. This will be for students and staff. More details about the clinics will be available closer to the date.

High School Volleyball Open Gyms will start THIS SATURDAY 9:00 - 11:00 AM at the High School Gym! Participants are required by the IHSA and MC to have a COVID Release Form filled out by a parent or guardian. These can be found in the office. Please BRING THEM to the coaches on Saturday!
