We missed having students in the halls and look forward to an amazing 2023-24 school year!
The Raider Closet has grown tremendously over the past three years due to the amazing support of our community members and many others. We are so grateful for everyone’s support!!! The goal of the Raider Closet is bring joy, love, and light to our students’ days. We have 10-12 shoppers a day!!!!!!
This week Mrs. Harbourn has had donations dropped off every morning. We are so blessed!! Today was a huge donation from a Mary Kay Consultant, Christine Davila. Thank you Christine for supporting our students and our mission. Raider Nation!!!!
We are happy to announce that “The Addams Family” will be Midwest Central’s fall musical.
Audition dates are Monday and Tuesday, August 28 and 29 at 3:00 PM in the Music Room. Call backs will be Wednesday, August 30 at 3:00 PM in the Music Room.
The musical will be presented on October 19-20-21.

There will be a HS Cross Country camp for all athletes interested in cross country on July 17 - July 20 and July 24 - July 27. It will held at the HS from 8:00 am - 9:00 am.
Local farmer Jason Proehl recently directed a $5,000 Bayer Fund America’s Farmers Grow Communities donation to Midwest Central CUSD #191.
Midwest Central will use the funds to enhance programs at Midwest Central Middle School!

A parent meeting with the fall sports coaches and Athletic Director will be August 2nd at 7:15 in the HS gym for the sports of golf, volleyball, and cross country. Fall sports practices will begin on August 7th for the HS. You must have a current physical to practice.

Attention all Midwest Central Alumni! The Manito-Forest City Rotary Club is offering a $1,000 scholarship to students that are in a(n) certified trade school, college, or university AND have completed a minimum of 24 credit hours with at least a 2.5 GPA.
