MCHS students are taking Illinois Central College's BIOL 140 - Anatomy and Physiology class this semester taught by Mrs. DeSutter. Students will be receiving 4 hours of college credit before they even graduate from MCHS! Students meet every day at 7:00 AM this semester for lectures and labs. The golfing Raiders went out with a fight today at the IHSA Regionals at Brown County. The team finished 6th out of 11 teams. Dalton Johnson advanced to sectionals finishing 8th individually. Midwest Central High School will present The Addams Family musical on October 19, 20, and 21, 2023 at 7:30 PM at the Forman Center in Manito. Tickets for the show will be available for purchase at the door all three nights. In addition, there will be a dinner available on Saturday night by advance reservation only. Tickets for the Dinner Theater, which will include the meal and show, will go on sale at 7:00 AM on October 4, in the Midwest Central High School Foyer. Any remaining tickets will be for sale in the High School office.

Lilly McKimson, a senior at Midwest Central High School, has been selected by faculty and staff as Student of the Month in English. Lilly is the daughter of Jennifer Clark and Casey McKimson. Throughout high school, Lilly has been involved in Scholastic Bowl, Track, and Cheer. After graduating, Lilly plans to attend ICC. Lilly thanks Midwest Central School District for selecting her for this program.
