
Midwest Central Baseball defeated Tremont 8 - 3 on Tuesday. Logan Justus dominated the Turks with an 11 strikeout performance. Collecting 2 hits for the Raiders were Cade Muhich and Kyle Uselton. Driving in Raider runs were Karter Richardson, Kyle Uselton, Connor Allen, Collin Parkin, and Cade Muhich (2). Defensive standout was right fielder Rex Watts.

The Raiders JV team swung some hot bats on a cold and windy Saturday, pounding out 14 hits en route to a 16-9 victory over Heyworth! Braden Johnson reached base in all 5 of his trips to the plate with a double, single, and three runs batted in while also picking up the W on the mound. Logan Justus, Cade Muhich, Eli Woodley, Collin Parkin and Rylan Nowack all picked up multiple hits in the game with Justus, Woodley, and Nowack also picking up multiple RBIs. TJ Pfeiffer, Rex Watts, Collin Parkin and Dylan Wood also picking up an RBI each.

The Raiders won a highly contested 5-0 victory over the Lewistown Indians. Kyle Uselton out dueled his Lewistown counterpart in picking up the pitching victory. Kyle had 9 strike outs in the complete game win. Picking up two hits in the game were Eli Woodley and Kyle Uselton. The Raiders recording RBI’s were Kyle Uselton 2, Logan Justus, and Billy Pesha. Also having an outstanding defensive game behind the plate was Connor Allen.

The HS Boys track meet at Rushville has been cancelled for today.

It was a chilling afternoon, but the Raiders Varsity team were swinging hot bats, out scoring Peoria Heights 17-1. Collecting doubles were TJ. Pfeiffer, Karter Richardson, Connor Allen, and Billy Pesha. RBI leaders for Midwest Central were TJ Pfeiffer 2, Karter Richardson 2, Kyle Uselton 4, Billy Pesha 2, Collin Parkin 2, and Connor Allen. Picking up the pitching victory was Karter Richardson.
